Sovereign and Seen: Terms of Service

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Claire Rother ("Coach") and the subscriber of Sovereign and Seen ("Participant"). By subscribing to the Sovereign and Seen Program, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery of Services

The Coach will provide the Participant with:

• Access to the Sovereign and Seen online portal, where teachings, practices, and live call recordings will be available.

• 9 x 1-hour live online coaching sessions plus 2 additional group calls (Welcome & Closing Circles), totaling 11 live classes.

• Weekly teachings and somatic alchemy practices.

• Access to a private Telegram group for the duration of the program.

2. Payment

The full program fee for Sovereign and Seen is £2,222.

When a scholarship is applied, the Participant agrees to pay the adjusted program fee in monthly instalments of £128 per month for 9 months. The exact total and instalment amount will be confirmed with the Participant at checkout.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once payment (full or partial) has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If an instalment plan is selected, the Participant remains responsible for completing all agreed instalments until the full program fee is paid.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Sovereign and Seen Program — including but not limited to videos, documents, and audio recordings — are the intellectual property of Claire Rother. Participants agree not to distribute, reproduce, or share any materials without prior written consent.

5. Permitted Use of Materials

Participants may use the materials provided for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The program content is intended solely for educational and self-development purposes, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with participation in the Sovereign and Seen Program.

7. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to the Sovereign and Seen Program, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
