ANCHORED Trauma-Informed Coaching & Entrepreneurship (ATICE) Professional Certification Programme

This Agreement is made today between Claire Rother [the trainer] and you, [the Client].
The ANCHORED training Program in which you are about the enrol will include:
DETAILS OF PROGRAMME:
Delivery of services.
The trainer agrees to provide:
- 12 x 2 hour online live training sessions
- Live class recordings, slides, guided exercises, practices and supplemental learning material via the online ANCHORED hub
- On-going community support via ANCHORED Slack channel
- Professional accreditation certificate (delivered via email as PDF) (regulated via the IPHM enabling Clients who have successfully completed coursework requirements to use the term and logo ‘ANCHORED Trauma-Informed Coach & Entrepreneur’ in the marketing, sales and professional qualifications).
Dates of program
6 months of teaching starting from 24th May 2023.
Community support (via Slack channel) will be provided until 15th November 2023.
The trainer will be taking short holidays throughout the duration. These will be communicated at the time.
Live Classes
The live classes are 2 hours long each (including breaks as needed). They will be held at 1pm GMT UK time on the following dates:
- 24th May 23
- 7th June 23
- 21st June 23
- 5th July 23
- 19th July 23
- 9th August 23
- 23rd August 23
- 6th September 23
- 20th September 23
- 4th October 23
- 18th October 23
- 1st November 23
All live classes are recorded and the recording will be placed into the ANCHORED hub within 48 hours of each class to be watched again or if missed.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The Client understands that the investment in the ATICE Programme is £4500 GBP (minus any discount codes offered).
The Client understands that under no circumstances can a refund be issued for ATICE training in the event of Client's withdrawal or absence from the programme. The Client will remain responsible for the total cost of the programme even in the event of withdrawal or absence from the programme. The trainer will not issue any refunds for any payments hitherto paid for the programme.
By agreeing to this agreement the Client takes full responsibility and legal obligation to pay the total fee for the programme.
All payments will be invoiced on a monthly basis depending on which payment plan the Client chose, unless the full payment was made upon enrollment.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The trainer agrees to adhere to strict confidentiality measures regarding the health or personal information shared as any part of this programme.
The Client agrees to treat health and any other private information shared in confidence in this group from other group members with respect.
The Client agrees that they will not share any personal details shared in confidence during this group programme (regarding information about health or otherwise) in a way that would jeopardise the privacy of the individual concerned.
The Client agrees that others will uphold the same agreement with regard to anything they share in confidence in the group programme.
The Client agrees that if they do not uphold this term and there is reasonable evidence that they have breached confidentiality, then the trainer reserves the right to end this contract.
The Client agrees that information regarding your personal health or information will not be shared with any third party without your direct consent.
If the terms of this Agreement are acceptable, please check the box, by checking the box you are hereby acknowledging that;

- you have had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding this agreement and if wanted, seek professional review of agreement by another party,
- you hereby agree to all details set out in this agreement and accept full responsibility to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
