DEEP ALIVENESS VIP PROGRAMME AGREEMENT

 

ENTERED INTO ON:
This Agreement is entered into on the date of enrolment between Claire Rother (hereafter referred to as the Coach) and you (hereafter referred to as the Client).
By enrolling in Deep Aliveness VIP, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 

PROGRAMME NAME

Deep Aliveness VIP

A six-month group mentorship together with six months of private coaching and mentorship with the Coach.

 

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION & DELIVERY OF SERVICES

Deep Aliveness VIP includes the complete Deep Aliveness six-month group mentorship, together with an additional six months of private coaching with the Coach.

THE DEEP ALIVENESS GROUP EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

1. 14 live online group calls delivered via Zoom, comprising:

• 1 × Welcome & Orientation Call
• 12 × live group mentorship, teaching, inquiry, coaching and integration calls
• 1 × Closing Ceremony

2. The complete Deep Aliveness curriculum, delivered across six core portals and including:

• Core teachings
• Direct inquiry and experiential exploration
• Embodied practices
• Integration guidance and supporting resources

 

3. Live group coaching and mentorship
Live teaching, inquiry, coaching, discussion and integration facilitated by the Coach throughout the six-month programme.

4. Recordings

Recordings of live group sessions made available within the private Deep Aliveness online hub following each live call.

5. Asynchronous group coaching and support
Access to asynchronous coaching and support within the designated Deep Aliveness community space between live calls, subject to the boundaries and availability communicated by the Coach.

6. Private Deep Aliveness community
Access to the private Deep Aliveness community for reflection, questions, coaching, integration and shared inquiry for the duration of the live programme.

7. Private podcast
Access to the private Deep Aliveness podcast, including audio teachings and/or programme-related reflections released by the Coach.

8. Ongoing curriculum access
Ongoing access to the Deep Aliveness curriculum and programme materials following completion of the live six-month programme, for as long as the programme and hosting platform remain available.
Ongoing curriculum access does not include ongoing access to live group coaching, asynchronous coaching, the private community or private VIP coaching beyond the programme period unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The precise timing, sequence, format and content of curriculum releases may be reasonably adjusted by the Coach where appropriate to support the delivery and development of the programme.

 

DEEP ALIVENESS VIP PRIVATE COACHING
In addition to everything included in the Deep Aliveness group programme, the Client receives the following private coaching support for the duration of the six-month VIP programme.

1. PRIVATE ASYNCHRONOUS COACHING
The Client will receive access to a dedicated private Telegram space with the Coach.
Private asynchronous coaching will be available on two designated coaching days per week during the programme period.
This space may be used to bring programme-related questions, reflections, patterns, experiences and areas in which the Client would like individual coaching or support.
The Coach will communicate the designated coaching days and any practical guidelines relating to the use of private asynchronous coaching.
Private asynchronous coaching does not constitute unlimited or continuous access to the Coach.
The Coach may establish reasonable boundaries regarding message length, frequency, format, response times and availability in order to provide the service sustainably and effectively.
Responses are not guaranteed immediately or at a particular time of day.
The Coach is not required to provide asynchronous coaching outside the designated coaching days.
Private Telegram coaching is not an emergency, crisis or mental-health support service and should not be relied upon where urgent or emergency assistance is required.

2. MONTHLY PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS
The Client receives:
6 × private 60-minute coaching sessions with the Coach
These sessions are intended to take place approximately once per month during the six-month VIP programme.
Private sessions will be conducted online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.
The Client is responsible for booking and attending their private sessions using the scheduling process provided by the Coach.
The six private sessions are provided for use during the VIP programme period and should ordinarily be used within that period.
Unused sessions do not have a cash value and are not refundable.
Any extension allowing an unused session to take place after the programme has concluded is at the Coach's discretion and must be agreed in writing.

 

Rescheduling Private Sessions
Where possible, the Client should provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule a private session.
Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, or the Client does not attend a booked session, the session may be treated as used except in circumstances where the Coach agrees otherwise.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a private session, an alternative appointment will be offered and the session will not be forfeited.

 

PROGRAMME DURATION
The Deep Aliveness VIP experience runs for approximately six (6) months, beginning with the

Welcome & Orientation Call on:
14th October 2026

and concluding with the Closing Ceremony on:
28th April 2027

Access to group coaching, private VIP coaching, asynchronous coaching and the private community is provided during the live programme period unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The six private VIP sessions are intended to be completed during this period.
Ongoing access to the Deep Aliveness curriculum and programme materials will continue after the live programme concludes, subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.

 

LIVE GROUP CALL SCHEDULE
All currently scheduled group calls are held from 1:00–2:00pm UK time, unless otherwise stated.

The Coach reserves the right to make reasonable scheduling adjustments where necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably possible.

 

RECORDINGS
Live group calls will ordinarily be recorded and made available within the private Deep Aliveness online hub following the session.
The Client understands that live attendance is encouraged but is not mandatory and that recordings form part of the programme delivery.
Due to the nature of live group coaching and discussion, the Client understands that their name, image, voice and contributions may appear in programme recordings accessible to other members of the programme.
The Client agrees not to download, reproduce, distribute, publish or share recordings containing other participants outside the Deep Aliveness programme.
Private VIP coaching sessions will not ordinarily form part of the Deep Aliveness group recordings or be shared with other participants.
If the Coach wishes to record a private coaching session for the Client's personal use, this will be agreed with the Client.

 

INVESTMENT & PAYMENTS
The full investment for Deep Aliveness VIP is £6,666 GBP, unless a different rate or payment arrangement has been expressly agreed at the time of enrolment.

The VIP investment includes:

• The complete six-month Deep Aliveness group programme
• Six months of private asynchronous coaching on two designated days per week
• Six private 60-minute coaching sessions with the Coach

The VIP package is purchased as one complete six-month programme and coaching experience.
Payment may be made in full or through an approved instalment plan.
By enrolling, the Client accepts responsibility for completing all payments associated with their chosen payment option.
Where an instalment plan is selected, the payment plan represents a method of paying the agreed total programme fee. It is not a month-to-month subscription and does not provide the Client with a right to cancel future instalments because they cease participating in either the group or private elements of the programme.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Refund Policy
Subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, payments made for Deep Aliveness VIP are non-refundable once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired.

No refund will be provided solely because of:

• Non-attendance at group calls
• Failure to attend or book private coaching sessions
• Failure to access recordings or programme materials
• Lack of participation in the community
• Failure to make use of asynchronous coaching
• A decision not to continue participating
• Failure to make use of any other support provided
• Dissatisfaction arising from non-engagement with the programme

Failure to use some or all of the private coaching included within VIP does not entitle the Client to a partial refund or reduction of the programme fee.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that the Client is entitled to under applicable law.
Any additional refund or cancellation offered outside those rights is at the discretion of the Coach and must be confirmed in writing.

 

NATURE OF THE PROGRAMME
Deep Aliveness VIP is an educational, coaching and transformational programme intended for personal development and self-exploration.
Both the group and private elements of the programme may include discussion and exploration of emotions, identity, past experiences, relationships, patterns of thought and behaviour, bodily experience and other personally meaningful material.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other healthcare professional relationship.
Deep Aliveness VIP is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, mental health treatment or a substitute for appropriate support from a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional.
The Coach does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions through the programme.
The Client remains responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency support where required.
If the Client experiences significant distress, crisis, or believes that they or another person may be at risk of harm, they should contact appropriate emergency or healthcare services rather than relying upon the Coach, Telegram coaching, programme or community for crisis support.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY & GROUP PRIVACY
The Coach will treat personal information shared by the Client in both the group programme and private VIP coaching with appropriate confidentiality, subject to legal obligations and the practical limitations inherent in a group programme.
Because Deep Aliveness includes group calls and a private community, the Coach cannot guarantee the conduct or confidentiality of other participants.

The Client agrees to:

• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all other participants
• Not share another participant's personal story, identifying information or private disclosures outside the programme
• Not record live group calls or private community conversations without express permission
• Not screenshot, reproduce or distribute another participant's contributions without their consent
• Uphold the integrity and privacy of the group space

A serious or repeated breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the programme.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Deep Aliveness VIP is a participatory coaching programme.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary and no particular personal, emotional, relational, professional, financial, health or other outcome is guaranteed.

• The Client acknowledges that:
  Group and private avenues of communication and support are provided throughout the programme
• They may use the designated programme channels to ask questions, seek clarification, receive coaching and raise concerns
• They are responsible for booking and attending their private coaching sessions
• They are responsible for deciding the extent to which they participate in particular inquiries, practices, coaching conversations or group discussions
• They are responsible for communicating concerns or difficulties in a timely manner
• They remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing and use of the material and coaching provided

Failure to attend group sessions, book or attend private sessions, access recordings, engage with programme materials, use available coaching or communicate concerns does not in itself constitute a failure by the Coach to provide the agreed services.

 

COACHING BOUNDARIES & AVAILABILITY
The private access included within Deep Aliveness VIP is intended to provide meaningful ongoing coaching and continuity throughout the six-month programme.
It does not constitute unlimited, continuous or on-demand access to the Coach.
The Coach is entitled to take reasonable periods away from client communication, including weekends, holidays, illness, personal leave and other planned or unforeseen periods of absence.
Where a significant planned absence affects the normal VIP coaching schedule, the Coach will communicate this to the Client where reasonably possible.
The Coach may adjust the precise operational structure of asynchronous support where reasonably necessary while continuing to provide the substantive private coaching included within the VIP programme.

 

TERMINATION
Termination by the Coach
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client's participation where the Client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, seriously disruptive, repeatedly breaches confidentiality, repeatedly disregards reasonable coaching boundaries, or materially undermines the safety or integrity of the coaching relationship, programme or community.
Where reasonably appropriate, the Coach will seek to address concerns with the Client before termination.
Immediate suspension or termination may occur where the Coach reasonably considers this necessary to protect the Coach, other participants or the integrity of the programme.
Termination for serious misconduct does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Deep Aliveness curriculum, teachings, recordings, practices, written materials, audio content, frameworks and other programme materials supplied by the Coach remain the intellectual property of the Coach or applicable rights holder.
The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for their own personal use.
The Client may not reproduce, publish, teach, distribute, sell, licence, commercially exploit or provide programme materials to third parties without prior written permission.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
Subject to those limitations, the Coach will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme.
To the extent permitted by law, the Coach's aggregate liability arising in connection with Deep Aliveness VIP will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for Deep Aliveness VIP.

 

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction that apply to the Client.

 

AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By actively confirming acceptance of this Agreement during checkout and completing enrolment, the Client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Agreement
• Agree to be bound by its terms
• Have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek independent advice before enrolling
• Understand the nature and scope of both the group and private VIP elements of Deep Aliveness
• Enter into this Agreement voluntarily

The Agreement takes effect upon enrolment and acceptance of these terms.
