Somatic Safety Program: Terms of Service

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Claire Rother] and the purchaser of Somatic Safety  ("Participant"). By purchasing the Somatic Safety Program, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Payment: The Participant agrees to pay the specified fee of £228 for access to the Somatic Safety Program. Payment must be made in full or in part (if choosing the payment installment option) prior to accessing the program materials.
• Access: Upon receipt of payment, the Participant will be granted access to the Somatic Safety Program, which is a 5 module online course.
• Non-Refundable: Participant acknowledges and agrees that the fee for the Somatic Safety Program is non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If the installment option is selected, all future installments for the full payment of the program are required and under no circumstances will a refund (partial or full) be provided.
• Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the Somatic Safety Program including but not limited to videos, documents, and audio recordings, are the intellectual property of Claire Rother. Participant agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or share any of the course materials without prior written consent.
• Use of Materials: Participant agrees to use the materials provided in the Somatic Safety Program for personal, non-commercial use only. The materials are intended solely for educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
• Limitation of Liability: Claire Rother shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Somatic Safety Program.

By purchasing the Somatic Safety Program, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
