DEEP ALIVENESS PROGRAMME AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO ON:
This Agreement is entered into on the date of enrolment between Claire Rother (hereafter referred to as the Coach) and you (hereafter referred to as the Client).
By enrolling in Deep Aliveness, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
PROGRAMME NAME
Deep Aliveness
A 6-Month Integrative Alchemy™ Journey
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION & DELIVERY OF SERVICES
The Coach agrees to provide the Deep Aliveness programme as a six-month online group container.
The programme includes:

14 live online group calls, delivered via Zoom:
-
Live teaching, inquiry, coaching, and group integration, facilitated by the Coach.

Recordings of all live sessions, made available in the private Deep Aliveness online hub within 24 hours of each live call.

Monthly Integrative Alchemy™ portals, including:
-
Access to the private Deep Aliveness community space for reflection, integration, and shared inquiry, for the duration of the programme.

Ongoing written support and presence from the Coach within the community space, as appropriate to the container.
PROGRAMME DURATION
The programme runs for six (6) months, beginning on:
28th May 2026
and concluding with the Closing Ceremony on:
26th November 2026
Community access will remain available until the final class date.
LIVE CALL SCHEDULE
All live calls are held on Thursdays from 1:00–2:00pm (UK time), unless otherwise stated.
Scheduled dates:
The Coach reserves the right to make minor scheduling adjustments where necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
RECORDINGS
All live calls are recorded and uploaded to the online hub within 24 hours.
The Client understands that live attendance is encouraged but not mandatory, and that recordings form part of the programme delivery.
INVESTMENT & PAYMENTS
The full investment for Deep Aliveness is £2,997 GBP, unless a specific promotional or early-bird rate has been explicitly offered at the time of enrolment.
Payment may be made in full or via an approved instalment plan.
By enrolling, the Client accepts full responsibility for completing all payments associated with their chosen payment option.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Refund Policy
All purchases of Deep Aliveness are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:

Non-attendance at live calls

Failure to access recordings or materials
-
Lack of participation in the community space
-
Dissatisfaction arising from non-engagement
-
Early withdrawal from the programme
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer cancellation rights that may apply within the first 14 days of enrolment, where applicable by law.
Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of the Coach and must be confirmed in writing.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER (NOT MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC CARE)
Deep Aliveness is an educational and transformational coaching programme. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for support from a GP, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other regulated healthcare professional.
The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
The Client remains fully responsible for their physical and mental wellbeing throughout and after the programme.
If the Client experiences distress, crisis, or feels at risk of harm to self or others, they agree to seek immediate support from emergency services or appropriate local resources.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding personal or health-related information shared by the Client.
The Client agrees to:

Respect the confidentiality of all other participants

Not share personal stories, identifying details, or private information disclosed within the container

Uphold the integrity and privacy of the group space
Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the programme.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Active Participation and Communication
The Client understands that Deep Aliveness is a participatory process and that outcomes depend on their willingness to engage, reflect, and communicate.
The Client acknowledges that:

Clear and ongoing avenues of communication are available throughout the programme, including via the programme community space and email

They may reach out to the Coach at any point to ask questions, seek clarification, or raise concerns

It is their responsibility to communicate in a timely manner regarding any questions, clarifications or concerns
The Client agrees that failure to attend live sessions, access recordings, engage with programme materials, or communicate concerns during the programme does not constitute a failure of service by the Coach.
The Coach is not responsible for outcomes where the Client chooses not to engage with the support and access pathways provided.
TERMINATION
Termination by Coach
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s participation in the programme if the Client engages in behaviour that is unsafe, unethical, disruptive, or materially undermines the safety, confidentiality, or integrity of the container.
Termination may occur with or without prior notice where immediate action is required.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programme materials, teachings, recordings, written content, and practices are the intellectual property of the Coach.
The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any materials without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme.
The Coach’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the programme, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that they:

Have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek independent advice

Enter this Agreement voluntarily and with full responsibility
