Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat

This Agreement is made today between Claire Rother [the Coach] and you, [the Client].

The Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat in which you are about the enroll will include:

DETAILS OF PROGRAMME:

Delivery of services.

The coach agrees to provide:

• Full day together (10-4pm) with a group of a maximum 4 others
• All food and refreshments needed (dietary requirements will be catered to)
• All learning content (including handouts/workbooks as needed) for the day
• Morning somatics session, afternoon strategy session (this order may be subject to change if the Coach sees fit)

Delivery of Day Retreat:

• The specific date for the Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat has been agreed to prior and the Client acknowledges awareness of this.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

The Client understands that the investment in the Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat is £750 GBP.

The Client understands that under no circumstances can a refund be issued for Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat in the event of the Client's withdrawal or absence from the retreat. The Client will remain responsible for the total cost of the retreat even in the event of withdrawal or absence from the retreat. The Coach will not issue any refunds for any payments hitherto paid for the retreat, except where the Coach cancels the retreat or moves the date due to unforeseen circumstances.

By agreeing to this agreement the Client takes full responsibility and legal obligation to pay the total fee for the Body-Led Business: Inner Circle Day Retreat.

All payments will be invoiced on a monthly basis depending on which payment plan the Client chose unless the full payment was made upon enrollment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach agrees to adhere to strict confidentiality measures regarding the health or personal information shared as any part of this retreat.

The Client agrees to treat personal information shared in confidence in this group from other group members with respect.

The Client agrees that they will not share any personal details shared in confidence during this group retreat (regarding information about business, health, or otherwise) in a way that would jeopardize the privacy of the individual concerned.

The Client agrees that others will uphold the same agreement with regard to anything they share in confidence in the group programme.

The Client agrees that information regarding your personal health or information will not be shared with any third party without your direct consent.

If the terms of this Agreement are acceptable, please check the box, by checking the box you are hereby acknowledging that;

1. you have read and understood the terms of this agreement,
2. you have had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding this agreement and if wanted, seek professional review of the agreement by another party,
3. you hereby agree to all details set out in this agreement and accept full responsibility to adhere to the terms of this agreement.
