Sovereign and Seen: Terms of Service

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Claire Rother] and the purchaser of Sovereign and Seen ("Participant"). By purchasing the Sovereign ad Seen Program, Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery of services.

The Coach agrees to provide:

• Access to the Sovereign and Seen online portal (where teachings, practices and live call recordings will be made available)
• 9 x 1 hour online live coaching sessions - weekly (minus 2 week integration gap)
• Weekly teachings plus Resonance Method practices
• Access to Telegram group for the duration of the program

• Payment: The Participant agrees to pay the specified fee of £2222 for access to the Sovereign and Seen program (minus any discount codes offered). Payment must be made in full or in part (if chosing payment installment option) prior to accessing the program materials or joining the live calls.

• Non-Refundable: Participant acknowledges and agrees that the fee for the Sovereign and Seen program is non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. If installment option is selected, all future installments for the full payment of the program are required and under no circustances will a refund (partial or full) be provided.

• Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the Sovereign and Seen Program including but not limited to videos, documents, and audio recordings, are the intellectual property of Claire Rother. Participant agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or share any of the course materials without prior written consent.

• Use of Materials: Participant agrees to use the materials provided in the Sovereign and Seen Program for personal, non-commercial use only. The materials are intended solely for educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

• Limitation of Liability: Claire Rother shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Sovereign & Seen program.

By purchasing the Sovereign and Seen program, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
