DEEP ALIVENESS PROGRAMME AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO ON:
This Agreement is entered into on the date of enrolment between Claire Rother (hereafter referred to as the Coach) and you (hereafter referred to as the Client).
By enrolling in Deep Aliveness, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
PROGRAMME NAME
Deep Aliveness
A six-month group mentorship in emotional freedom, outgrowing the survival self, and living beyond the organising patterns of the past.
PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION & DELIVERY OF SERVICES
The Coach agrees to provide Deep Aliveness as a six-month online group mentorship.
The programme includes:
1. 14 live online group calls, delivered via Zoom, comprising:
- 1 × Welcome & Orientation Call
- 12 × live group mentorship, teaching, inquiry, coaching and integration calls
- 1 × Closing Ceremony
2. The complete Deep Aliveness curriculum, delivered across six core portals and including:
- Core teachings
- Direct inquiry and experiential exploration
- Embodied practices
- Integration guidance and supporting resources
3. Live group coaching and mentorship facilitated by the Coach throughout the programme.
4. Recordings of all live sessions, made available within the private Deep Aliveness online hub following each live call.
5. Asynchronous coaching and support between live calls within the designated private community space, subject to the boundaries and availability communicated by the Coach.
6. Access to the private Deep Aliveness community for reflection, questions, coaching, integration and shared inquiry for the duration of the programme.
7. Access to the private Deep Aliveness podcast, including audio teachings and/or programme-related reflections released by the Coach during the programme.
8. Ongoing access to the Deep Aliveness curriculum and programme materials following completion of the live six-month programme, for as long as the programme and hosting platform remain available. This does not include ongoing access to live coaching, asynchronous coaching or the private community beyond the programme period unless expressly stated otherwise.
The precise timing, sequence, format and content of curriculum releases may be adjusted by the Coach where appropriate to support the delivery and development of the programme.
PROGRAMME DURATION
The live Deep Aliveness mentorship runs for approximately six (6) months, beginning with the Welcome & Orientation Call on:
7th October 2026
and concluding with the Closing Ceremony on:
14th April 2027
Access to live coaching, asynchronous coaching and the private community is provided for the duration of the live programme unless otherwise communicated by the Coach.
Ongoing access to the curriculum and programme materials will continue after the live programme concludes, subject to the terms set out above.

The Coach reserves the right to make reasonable scheduling adjustments where necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably possible.
RECORDINGS
Live calls will ordinarily be recorded and made available within the private Deep Aliveness online hub following the session.
The Client understands that live attendance is encouraged but is not mandatory and that recordings form part of the programme delivery.
Due to the nature of live group coaching and discussion, the Client understands that their name, image, voice and contributions may appear in programme recordings accessible to other members of the programme.
The Client agrees not to download, reproduce, distribute, publish or share recordings containing other participants outside the Deep Aliveness programme.
INVESTMENT & PAYMENTS
The standard full investment for Deep Aliveness is £3,333 GBP, unless a different rate, promotional price or individual payment arrangement has been expressly offered and agreed at the time of enrolment.
Payment may be made in full or through an approved instalment plan.
By enrolling, the Client accepts responsibility for completing all payments associated with their chosen payment option.
Where an instalment plan is selected, the payment plan represents a method of paying the full programme fee and does not constitute a month-to-month subscription or provide the Client with a right to cancel future instalments because they cease participating in the programme.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Refund Policy
Subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, payments made for Deep Aliveness are non-refundable once any applicable cancellation period has expired.
No refund will be provided solely because of:
- Non-attendance at live calls
- Failure to access recordings or programme materials
- Lack of participation in the community or coaching
- A decision not to continue participating
- Failure to make use of the support provided
- Dissatisfaction arising from non-engagement with the programme
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or restricts any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that the Client is entitled to under applicable law.
Any additional refund or cancellation offered outside those rights is at the discretion of the Coach and must be confirmed in writing.
NATURE OF THE PROGRAMME
Deep Aliveness is an educational, coaching and transformational programme intended for personal development and self-exploration.
The programme may include discussion and exploration of emotions, identity, past experiences, relationships, patterns of thought and behaviour, bodily experience and other personally meaningful material.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other healthcare professional relationship.
Deep Aliveness is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, mental health treatment or a substitute for appropriate support from a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional.
The Coach does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions through the programme.
The Client remains responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and for seeking appropriate professional or emergency support where required.
If the Client experiences significant distress, crisis, or believes that they or another person may be at risk of harm, they should contact appropriate emergency or healthcare services rather than relying upon the programme or community for crisis support.
CONFIDENTIALITY & GROUP PRIVACY
The Coach will treat personal information shared by the Client with appropriate confidentiality, subject to legal obligations and the practical limitations inherent in a group programme.
Because Deep Aliveness includes group calls and a private community, the Coach cannot guarantee the conduct or confidentiality of other participants.
The Client agrees to:
- Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all other participants
- Not share another participant's personal story, identifying information or private disclosures outside the programme
- Not record live calls or private community conversations without express permission
- Not screenshot, reproduce or distribute another participant's contributions without their consent
- Uphold the integrity and privacy of the group space
A serious or repeated breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the programme.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
Deep Aliveness is a participatory programme. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary and no particular personal, emotional, relational, professional, financial, health or other outcome is guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges that:
- Clear avenues of communication and support are provided throughout the programme
- They may use the designated programme channels to ask questions, seek clarification, receive coaching and raise concerns
- They are responsible for deciding the extent to which they participate in particular inquiries, practices, coaching conversations or group discussions
- They are responsible for communicating concerns or difficulties in a timely manner
- They remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing and use of the material
Failure to attend live sessions, access recordings, engage with programme materials, use available coaching or communicate concerns does not in itself constitute a failure by the Coach to provide the agreed services.
ASYNCHRONOUS COACHING & COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Asynchronous coaching is provided through the designated Deep Aliveness community space during the live programme period.
This support is intended for programme-related coaching, inquiry, clarification and integration. It is not an emergency, crisis or continuous on-demand support service.
The Coach may establish reasonable boundaries around response times, availability, format, length and frequency of submissions in order to maintain the integrity and sustainability of the programme.
Any such operational boundaries will be communicated to participants and may be reasonably adjusted during the programme.
TERMINATION
Termination by the Coach
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client's participation where the Client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, seriously disruptive, repeatedly breaches confidentiality or materially undermines the safety or integrity of the programme or community.
Where reasonably appropriate, the Coach will seek to address concerns with the Client before termination. Immediate suspension or termination may occur where the Coach reasonably considers this necessary to protect participants or the integrity of the programme.
Termination for serious misconduct does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Deep Aliveness curriculum, teachings, recordings, practices, written materials, audio content, frameworks and other programme materials supplied by the Coach remain the intellectual property of the Coach or applicable rights holder.
The Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for their own personal use.
The Client may not reproduce, publish, teach, distribute, sell, licence, commercially exploit or provide programme materials to third parties without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
Subject to those limitations, the Coach will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the programme.
To the extent permitted by law, the Coach's aggregate liability arising in connection with the programme will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for Deep Aliveness.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction that apply to the Client.
AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By actively confirming acceptance of this Agreement during checkout and completing enrolment, the Client confirms that they:
- Have read and understood this Agreement
- Agree to be bound by its terms
- Have had the opportunity to ask questions or seek independent advice before enrolling
- Understand the nature and scope of Deep Aliveness
- Enter into this Agreement voluntarily
The Agreement takes effect upon enrolment and acceptance of these terms.
